The Kings of Green
On Friday, June 15th, Ayudan Team “Kings of Green” took to the beaches of Crandon Park in Key Biscayne for their first team event. The group arrived at Biscayne Nature Center and received a tour of their facilities as well as a brief history lesson on how the Center came to be. After lathering on plenty of sunscreen and bug spray the team set forth to the beach with their garbage bags in tow. Although it was a hot a muggy day, the team still spent two hours combing the beach for trash. It was an extremely successful morning with over 50 lbs of trash being removed from the beautiful beaches of Key Biscayne.
